These terms describe use of the site. It is intended for adults evaluating commercial equipment. If you do not agree with these terms, stop using the site.
Information service
We publish research from public documents, source summaries, comparisons, checklists and calculations. Prices, specifications, warranties, availability and supplier terms can change. A supplier's statement stays attributed to that supplier. A missing field does not prove a feature or service is unavailable.
The site does not provide medical, legal, engineering, tax or investment advice. We do not certify equipment, facilities, treatment protocols or business outcomes. Our methodology describes the limits of desk research.
Buyer responsibilities
Before making a commitment, obtain a current quote and contract for the exact model, configuration and destination. Review the current manual, site and utility requirements, permits, insurance and service terms with the qualified professionals your project requires. A calculator shows an estimate based on the displayed inputs, rather than a promised financial outcome.
Permitted use
You may read the site and use its tools for your own equipment evaluation. Unless permission or applicable law allows it, do not republish or resell our material, remove attribution, impersonate the publisher, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. Requests to reuse content can be sent to the contact address. Third-party material keeps its own stated license and attribution.
Third-party sites and commercial links
External websites are controlled by their operators. A reference link does not guarantee accuracy, availability, safety or endorsement. We have no active paid supplier offers at this release. Any future paid relationship must be disclosed before its links or features are enabled.
Working tools and submissions
The site has no accounts, public comments or contact form. Its notes and worksheets run in the open page without sending entries to us or to suppliers. Download results you want to keep. Check calculations independently; blank inputs mean unknown rather than zero. Tax, finance and accounting treatment require appropriate review.
Material emailed to the publisher is handled under the privacy and editorial policies. Sending it does not transfer ownership, guarantee publication or authorize us to send it to a supplier. You must have the right to share the material.
