Direct answer
Judge the machine as a piece of operating equipment first and the treatment claims second. For the model you're offered, confirm the cooling source, applicator, supplies, room controls, cleaning, training, service and documentation.
Keep the category boundary clear
"Cryofacial" is a marketing label that covers several different workflows. Some sellers offer a localized cryotherapy unit with a facial applicator; others sell a dedicated facial device. Record the manufacturer's stated intended use and the model documents, and don't assume two devices are equivalent because they share the label.
Separate a localized-device price from a complete facial workflow
The CRYONiQ US catalog, checked October 6, 2026, lists the LC localized device from USD 12,750. That price alone doesn't show a dedicated cryofacial package, an included facial applicator, a session protocol or an approved treatment claim. Get the intended use and package documents before carrying the figure into a cryofacial budget.
Price the whole working package: device, tank or cooling supply, the right applicator, controls, training, cleaning materials, room responsibilities and service where you are. The localized equipment guide covers the device itself; this page adds the facial-workflow questions.
Workflow checklist
- Client eligibility and consent process
- Skin preparation required by the business protocol

- Applicator selection and staff technique
- Session monitoring
- Cleaning and reset
- Supply replacement
- Recordkeeping and follow-up
For each step, ask the supplier whether it is documented, whether it needs qualified oversight, or whether it is left to you.

Supply-cost worksheet
monthly recurring cost = paid sessions x per-session supplies + gas or electricity + cleaning supplies + planned service reserve + software
If the device uses gas, price it from a local delivered quote, and keep tank rental and delivery fees separate from the per-unit price. Training, demonstrations, appointments that don't go ahead and cleaning all use supplies too, so paid sessions alone will understate consumption.
Questions for suppliers
- Is this a dedicated cryofacial device or a localized system with a facial workflow?
- What exact applicators are included?
- Which supplies are required per session?
- What ventilation, monitoring or storage rules apply?
- What training and protocol documents are supplied?
- Which marketing claims are supported for this exact model and market?
- Who provides service at the buyer's location?
Evidence rule
Equipment facts can come from current model documents. Safety, outcome and contraindication statements need their own evidence and qualified review. A vendor testimonial can't support a claim about the whole category.
